Luke 10: 1 – 17.

It is always important to be fully attentive when you’re listening! Had the 72 who Jesus spoke to in this passage not been properly paying attention, they would have missed some crucial things that He said. Yet, at the same time, by giving their full attention, they would no doubt have had many questions about what they heard. But nothing like that is record by Luke. Jesus spoke… the next thing we have is the report back from those He sent.

This is an inspiring example of being faithful servants.
