“The Bible is filled with stories of little people, limited people, lack-lustre people and, in some cases, low-life people who penetrated the barriers beyond which they thought they couldn’t go, and God used them to do amazing things. And He can do that for you too”.
The above quote appeared in “The UCB Word for Today” notes earlier this year, under the heading “The barriers in your mind”. It’s a reminder for all of us that the Lord sees our full potential as He looks beyond the things we see as limitations or reasons why we feel unable, or unworthy, to serve Him.
In the examples of those who’ve gone before us, we can find the encouragement we need to gain a new perspective, one that has us live and serve with mountain moving faith in the Lord who calls and equips.
